Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment — I only ship within the UK. If you’re local, you’re more than welcome to come and collect your artwork in person too.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the size of the piece:
- Small (S) – £15
- Medium (M) – £25
- Large (L) – £40
For custom-made pieces, I’ll work out the shipping cost once we know the size and details.
How do I know if my artwork is Small, Medium or Large?
Don’t worry — each artwork listing will clearly show which size category it falls into. And if you’re still unsure, just drop me a message and I’ll confirm for you.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, absolutely! If you’d prefer to collect your artwork, I’ll arrange a time and place that works for both of us once your order is ready.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes around 5–10 working days within the UK. Custom orders might take a little longer, but I’ll keep you updated along the way.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
I take a lot of care with packaging, but if something does arrive damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it (with photos if possible). I’ll do my best to sort it out quickly.
Can I return or exchange my order?
- Original artworks can be returned within 14 days, as long as they’re in the same condition you received them.
- Custom pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
